Born in Winter Park Florida with Lake Mary Florida roots, James is a Lake Mary High School graduate, a Seminole State College alumni, and a real estate professional with a large inventory of experiences spanning the real estate acquisition, investing, remodeling, and property development sectors. Part of that stems from his appreciation for the house-to-home process, his inherent passion for helping others, and holding tight to his grandfather’s aphorism that ‘the most money he ever lost was real estate he never bought.’ With this as his base, James bought his first home at the age of 19, built his first home on 5 acres by age 20, and ultimately attained his CGC license by 25. During this tenure, James began remodeling kitchens, baths and soon whole homes, expanded to begin building custom homes and spec houses, and in just two years from there delved into building multi-million-dollar commercial projects.
Today, James continues to interlace those same passions and principles to the real estate sector as a frontline agent, earning him a reputation for going beyond the sale to foster meaningful relationships, and forming strong industry networks that make exclusive opportunities accessible.
